and Wise!

It is very important for people to get AT LEAST 8 hours of sleep each night. There is being research done on how sleeping properly can help reduce the risk of cancer, depression, stress and inflammation. Sleeping well also makes you more alert. Ways to make sure you sleep properly include: having a regular sleeping pattern, make sure you are in a quiet, dark, and comfortable temperature when going to sleep, and stay away from large meals at night  “Pure air, sunlight, abstemiousness, rest, exercise, proper diet, the use of water, trust in divine power—these are the true remedies.” (Pg 127 of Ministry of Healing) 

So always remember that sleep is a great thing, and a good nights sleep is one of the best things we can give our body.
