I thank You, Lord, for such a Savior:
In humbled form so earthy,
He bore the guilt of me, unworthy;
Each day my debt I’ll pay
By gratitude eternal.
I thank You, Lord, for this salvation,
So fitting in each feature;
God’s gift has made me heaven’s creature;
