Tender love of Jesus, so lovely and so pure;
Flowing through this vessel to strengthen, fill, and cure

Prayer is the key on a bending knee
To begin our morning hours;
It shows our love to our God above,
Like perfume from the flow’rs.
If your soul is sad, or you feel all bad,
Then ask Him to make it right;
He’ll remove the wrong and give a song,
And darkness turns to light.
Take the golden key in your hand and see
That Jesus is always near;
